 This presentation focuses on how to perform either conceptual or detailed takeoff from the BIM today.  The advantages, cautions, and what is required to estimate from a model will be presented.  Other topics include:

Integration between the model takeoff software and Timberline or MC2.

The risks of estimating from a model.

Half the presentation will be PowerPoint, the other half will be demonstrating how to perform takeoffs from the model.
