CSI-Salt Lake City invites your company to exhibit at our annual CSI Symposium, which will be held February 24th, 2010 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. The Symposium is a full day of educational seminars with intermittent breaks for visiting exhibitor tabletops. This is your best opportunity to market your products to specifiers, architects, engineers, and building reps in Utah that are making choices about your products every day.

> Theme. The theme for this year’s Symposium is “Specifying it Right.” Education sessions will focus on Division 01 specs, commissioning, BIM, code analysis, concrete, and building envelopes—the basic training architects and others must have in order to stay out of trouble. Door prizes, donated by exhibitors, will be given away before the final class session.

> Sponsorships. Interested in additional marketing opportunities at this Symposium? We have several sponsoring opportunities for your business (see the Exhibitor Form for costs). Sponsoring entities may place their signage and logos prominently at the locations or events they are sponsoring. Company logos will also appear on CSI directional signage as well. Include your brochures, product samples, and marketing items. The breakfast bar sponsor can provide pens and notepads to be used during class sessions.

Symposium Tradeshow Exhibitor Information
You must register for this event on the CSI-Salt Lake City Website.

• Register & Pay Online at http://www.csi-slc.org.
• Pay by Mail Option. If you do not wish to pay for your registration or sponsorship online, send your check to P.O. Box 26594 Salt Lake City, UT 84126 (payable to “CSI Salt Lake City Chapter”). Please indicate on the check that the payment is for Symposium registration. If you mail your payment, you must drop an e-mail to the chapter president ([email protected]). This will ensure that your payment is retrieved promptly.
• Tabletops will not be assigned without prior payment.
• Exhibitor registration includes attendance at education sessions and lunch for one person. Cost for additional helpers at exhibits will be $20 per helper, which includes lunch.
• Exhibitors are strongly urged to personally invite at least 5 construction decision makers to this Symposium.
• These may be architects, specifiers, building managers, engineers, general contractors, building owners, etc.
• Booths will be assigned in order of payments received. Note that the “Cross Roads” area, indicated on the floor plan, will not be used until the Great Hall area is filled up.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to provide door prizes for the drawing.
• Parking is free.
• Booth size is 8' x 8' and includes (1) 6' x 30" folding table and (1) chair.

• We will provide a list of attendee contact information to all exhibitors after the event.
• Special Offer.
